2nd Regional Meeting of PCCCs representatives
Online meeting
Following a mapping exercise on the state-of-play of the PCCCs in the WB Regiona, which took place in November and December 2020, the online meeting will serve as an opportunity to provide the relevant national representatives, professionals working in the context of the Police and Customs Cooperation Centres, with information on the preliminary findings of the exercise.
The mapping exercise enabled gathering of information and insight into the workigs of the PCCCs, the basis on which the recommendations for improvement of information exchange among the PCCCs will be developed.

Expert-level workshop - rules of procedure and legislation changes

The Expert-level workshop will bring together experts, representatives of PCCCs of the Region with aim to prepare an overview on the state-of-play regarding practical implementation of the recommendations on the functioning of PCCCs and identify the necessary steps for the improvement of exchange of information between the PCCCs.

Field activities // five day joint work of PCCCs
Location: Slovenia
Field activities will bring several representatives of selected established PCCCs from the WB Region to a PCCC in Slovenia, for a week-long practical engagement and exchange of knowledge and experience.
During the field activities, the subject matter expert will provide expert guidance to participants and also prepare a report on his observations, specifically regarding any identified gaps, and examples of good practice which could be transferred/adopted by other Beneficiaries. These will serve as basis for defining common standards, operating procedures and enhance the understanding of the added value.

Regional workshop on Risk analysis development

A two day workshop, during which the experts in risk analysis of the border police servies in the Western Balkan Regiona will develop a Regional Risk Analysis, using the CIRAM approach.
The training activity will be conducted by the DCAF Ljubljana experts in criminal intellligence, risk analysis and statistical analyses.
